I know the designer of the GRB personally and asure you that he is trustworthy. He has been working on the design of the bank since 1977 and paid all expenses from his own pocket.
The GRB as it is designed now is a peaceful solution and involves paying back the world public debt to „you know who“. With the knowledge I gained about the illuminati meanwhile I begin to doubt if this solution is a good one.
